After many years of collecting, this year saw two significant milestones for me - I passed the 100-mark for different type B boxes, and then soon after completed at least one type B box for each number 1-75 - here is an example of each. Obviously some need upgrading...one day!
Gavin,
Congratulations on hitting your milestones! It always feels good to complete a goal such as that although the "hunt" is what really makes all this so fun.
Good luck with your quest on the "D" and "E" boxes -- keep us posted................
What about the "C" and "F" boxes??
Nice feelings for you at the moment Gavin, reaching that particular target and to be honest with you, I know you will succeed with the others so yes, do please keep posting your progress, because seeing somebody else enjoy their collecting hobby gives inspiration to others who due to various reasons may be feeling a bit down lately.
Hi Gavin, nice collection of boxes, gets a bit confusing when there are two models for one number, number 4,7,17,19,29,30,36,39,40,57, I am struggling on B3s number 3,14, & 17. have' not seen any decent ones in years. Pete
This was but one milestone - I like to have one of each 1-75, so this can only be achieved with 4 box types - B, D, E and G - I've completed B and G, but have a few to go of the D and E boxes yet. I also have a number of type B boxes missing - I have others not pictured, but by my reckoning there are still 20-odd B type boxes I'm missing, plus endless variants with the different end-flaps, illustrations etc. So, I expect I'll be finding these for many years to come!
It's also my plan to complete the type A, C and F boxes, and the SF boxes up to and including type L. I only need two more A boxes, and am well over half way with the C and F boxes. I'm down to about 30-odd SF boxes to get. None of this includes box variations within a type (e.g. with or without "New").
So the search continues, and I shall update here with any future milestones or interesting boxes from time to time.

Hi Pete,
I find the B3 boxes generally less common than the others - likely because a shorter period in production?
