60a Morris J2 Pick-up, issued 1958, length 56mm, box types B-C and D.
60b Site Hut Truck (Leyland) issued 1966, length 62mm, box types E and F.

!st issue with Supply Company in Black, on all further issues this is in White. The 1st issue only has Grey Plastic Wheels, 9 x 20 treads.

The SPW and BPW models.

With and with-out the rear window casting, have the BPW one with-out the window, but keep looking for the GPW model with-out the window.

The one on the right completely missed its trim front and rear.

!st issue with a deep groove at the rear of the cab.

The last issue with no groove at the rear of cab.

A close up of these two variations.

This model also comes with-out and with a tow guide.

Well thanks for clearing that up Dan, I have been looking for a 60a gpw/no rear window, I was beginning to think it did not exist,
Here are some of mine.

60a, a model that I've never hunted down, but somehow comes my way - maybe I subconsciously like it. Here are a few with different variations. I once had one in an early small box, but I think I traded it away.

Here's a couple of mine, along with a Fun Ho! copy...

I must update some photos. This is from before I got all my stuff out of storage. I have several more of these 60a models. It is a significant casting for me as it was the first RW model I purchased as a reborn adult collector!

Cheers,
Gavin

Hello Dan, I thought that you might have a gpw model with no rear window, that makes two that I know about that the other one is in Christians collection. My chances of finding one must be getting slimmer and slimmer as now so many collectors will be after this one

I don't know why but I find the models that come with smaller than normal wheels uniquely endearing. I found this Morris J2 this past July at the Albuquerque Gathering. It has the tiny little 8x18 GPW. Has anyone got one with 8x18 BPW? They seem to be harder to find than gray wheeled examples.
