Table Lighter/Maxwell

Has anyone come across this one before? It's a different style to the Stanley/Transpalite ones I've seen in the past so I don't know who the maker is. The block has yellowed with age and there are a few scratches now but it's quite nicely made, the lighter is French so maybe that's the origin?

Same maker (unknown) as this one.
These are the only models I've seen in this type of encapsulation. Both have their roofs removed, and Transpalite did the same with the Maxwell when they made a paperweight of it.
This is from my reference files, not my collection. Hence tiny picture.

An interesting item. Clearly the inner name plate is cut from the 'Woodgrain' box and the model is showing signs of the same problem many 'Transpalite' items had, rejection of the Luctite against the plastic components.
Thank's for showing this Ritchie, if its one of those Home kit productions, there can't be many of these in existance.

Beautiful display. Many of those in any condition are highly sought after. Thanks for sharing.
