"F" Box, waste not- want not.

They must have had a lot of these Regular wheel boxes left over when they started making Superfast Models
These same six boxes with the word Superfast printed in Red showing the models still with regular wheels.
It was not until the word Superfast was printed in Black that it showed the models with Superfast Wheel
The one on the Left shows Superfast Wheels, but no word Superfast was printed on the box.

Hello Pat, I have all that you show but my post was just too show the same six "F" boxes that had the red Superfast print.
That were used in all three services, regular wheel, Red superfast, and Black superfast, I did not include # 8e "F" box as the superfast 8a box does not show the same picture on the box.

Hi George !
I know... But I could not resist and I added the Mustang as it is the only other box showing a superfast model without any lettering, red or black.
Than I added those "auto-steerless" boxes...15 and 33 are fell under the category in which a black and a red superfast boxes were available. The 50C/A never had a Red Superfast box...
Seems like when it comes to boxes, I kind of lose track !!
