I've noticed that the earlier grey 22x30 tires (tyres) do not have Lesney England cast into them but the later black 22x24 tires are cast with Lesney England.
Do the black 22x30 include cast text?

Hello Kurt, my Black 22x30 does not have any text on them, now you will have many collectors checking their Black 22 x 30 tyres.

Hello George
According to Nick's listing, the rear wheel diameter changes from 13.5 mm to 13 mm from variation 7 to variation 8, while the outside tire diameter stays the same. The profile of the tire tread also changes to a more angular, deeper groove on the later black plastic tires.
As one of the VDB members says in his postscript "there's nothing regular about wheels"!
