I remember seeing one of these a few years back, does anyone have any info on it ?

It does seem to match the description of a 'Code 3' model with after market sticky labels added on top of the original labels (still visible on the bottom edge).
The pictures really are bad and this is the only one worth looking at. I have added some light and a hint of contrast.

Might be worth Googling what appears on the label to see what comes up, maybe a date will be revealed.

I got this one Kev and to be honest it's much better in the hand, just can't remember where I see it before, might have been on the mcch a few years back.

I am afraid you are well ahead of me there, I barely visited that site before it went down, so can not comment on any of the models featured. Do we have any Bus enthusiasts here who will add to these comments.
