Unimog Police Wreck/Tow Truck

Another Police Unimog. This one is a Tow truck, Wreck truck for the Matchbox Police department.

I don't recognize the 'tow' piece. Looks like the hook is in the retracted position at the top?

Tom, I suspect it came off a Maisto as it was in a box with parts I culled off other Maisto vehicles for future use. And yes the hook is retracted and the boom moves up and down.
