My Friend Hubcap was on the old lefora site when it closed he joined Nicks new site on 1-October 2013 with success but after the
28-July 2014 he can no longer log in, he can read all the posts but because he can not log in he cannot reply to them.

He has been given a new password but when he enters this it will not except it, so he tried his old one but too no avail this is very annoying for him.

If Nick reads this may be he will post on here to let Hubcap know what he has too do so that he can log in and place some posts.

I cannot see anything obviously amiss with the account profile.
I have reset the Hubcap user account password and e-mailed the details of the new password to the account's registered e-mail address together with a request to let me know if there are still issues.

Thank you Hugh, I will phone him tomorrow and chat with him, I did see that he was a registered user.
