Casting #64

64a Scammell Breakdown Truck, issued 1959, length 64mm, box types B-C and D.
64b MG 1100, issued 1966, length 67mm, box type E and F.

The two wheel types 12.5 x 30 and 12.5 x 40 BPW.

The three types of rivets (pins) used to fix the hooks to the crane jib.

The two different lengths of the hooks 18 mm and 20 mm.

Love the reverse hook, one of the only regular wheel models that I have an unused casting of.

That unused casting is very cool J. I've never seen anything like that from that period, and I only have a couple - both late Lesney SF castings. Thanks for sharing.

To take up most of the space in the 'One Size Fits All' standard box.

The 1-75 Series miniatures range was not made to a constant scale. Smaller subjects based on real cars do tend to be bigger than they need to be so park the MG 1100 next to a Rolls-Royce (#24c) and the difference is very noticable and un-realistic!
