Hello RoutemasterNL, glad you have joined us, you might recognize a few of us here as being regular contributors to 'Planet Diecast', like myself as "Rollerman", Fox as "Corky" and "Ecclesley" as Himself. Richard ("RVREVO"), pops in every now and then.
We are looking forward to some pictures of models you enjoy or collect. The system of posting pictures is different from 'PD' and you can post bdirectly from your computer or from a picture hosting site like 'Photobucket', I will just mention here that you will want to resize your large file size down to something like 400-600 pixels because if you don't (unlike 'PD', we don't have auto resize here), your pictures will be enormous and viewers have problems looking at them. Once you have got the hang of it, you can play with your picture sizes to suit the forum.
Enjoy your stay here, we are a friendly lot and just like 'PD', we have our resident experts on all manner of model collecting subjects.
Best regards Theo,
Kevin, aka...(Rollerman or GHOSTHUNTER).

Forum software here is much faster than PD - i was a member when they first began but it was sooo slow to open pages and post that I gave up in favour of alternatives forums that didnt keep me waiting.
Perhaps you may own one of these??

Thanks for the warm welcome and the photo of this nice Routemaster.
Unfortunately, RM's are too high to be accepted on Dutch Roads.
A RM is 4,40 meters high, so most bridges and viaducts are far too low
Tinman, great answer. I had problems with chosing a name for my website, I first opted for routemaster.nl but that was already claimed.
http://www.routemasters.nl was the domain name still free and to go for.
So please feel free visiting my site.

There are a number of Routemasters registered in Holland and Belgium but all with roof cut down to reduce height to 4 metres . I have been here before :
