Label on RHS looks like it may have been pealed
What do you think Tinman, Motorman or anyone else would you call this a bleach job?? if so are you aware of any 'tell tale' signs of a bleachig?

The chrome is applied when very hot liquid - certainly when it has come off wheels, looking under a magnifying glass the plastic is never as smooth as plastic hwich has never had hot chrome applied. Try looking with a magnifyer and compare with some Lesney plastic of any colour that you know has never been subjected to the heat of plating process. I agree, based on photos, plating could have been removed from this mc

no sign of chrome with a magnifying glass and it looks identical to the seat of the same model and identical to the black handle bar version plastic too.
