#42 iron fairy Orange/yellow

Anyone seen this before, the holding arm is yellow and the boom is orange.

How much of an orange colour is there as it looks a dark yellow on my screen
Also are they unfoiled wheels or has it just worn off

It's a dark yellow orange colour Reg and wheels are just worn, looks quite stunning in hand.
