Heard from a third party source on Facebook that Geoff Ambridge has passed away does anyone know if this sad news is true

There is no mention of this on the 'Lone-Star' collectors site, but the entire forum is no longer active, it simply does not exist when I click on it, but was fine only about a week ago, so for now I have no additional details, but if true, then very sad as another pioneer diecaster leaves us.

So true - Geoff was very helpful to me a few years ago when I was looking for information on the Lonestar Toys....
