The NAMC’s “Catalog of all Series Matchbox Models” (second edition) notes four distinct body colours: dark green (MW), dark blue-green (MW), very dark green (MW, GPW), and blue (GPW), the latter having two shades.
The AIM “1-75 Series Regular Wheels” catalogue (second printing, 1983) states "The green models listed come in various shades too difficult to recognise".
Neither Houghton nor Stannard lists any models not already covered by Nick.
U.K. Matchbox did not examine the model.
Leake's "Concise Catalogue of 75 Series Matchbox Toys by Lesney" (4th edition, reprinted 2006) lists the very dark green model with GPW as variation 46A-2.
Note that Nick is currently looking for additional examples of the dark green model with GPW and the blue model with MW in order to verify the variations of which, so far, only single examples have been found. However NAMC and Leake, when taken together, are probably enough to provide the required confirmation of the dark green GPW variant.
