Hi Tim, I had seen these and bought the lot for the No74 which has a darker blue base. The No46 is a bonus with the rear bumper and the decal is white , my other 3 the decal is yellow.

i used the 17a as a comparison, first one I have found with a good towing eye, also in near mint condition. j
