No. 11b Matchbox Red ESSO Petrol Tanker
I came across this Red ESSO Petrol Tanker and It appears to have gold trim? not sure, I must be tripping or the lighting is a bit off so it looks like it has gold trim, your opinion?

Looks like a later issue (silver trim to grille only, GPW) 11b to me. Gold trimmed versions do exist (see Nick's catalogue page for details) but have MW and are htf.
