Never seen one TBH!!

But i suspect a possible label reassignment given that it has evidence of being tampered with (look at the left side of the label) IMHO

No that was me Al, it was all scuffed so I removed it myself. Anyway if it was a promo it might have already had original labels removed to make way for the Promo Labels as has happened on many Promo's. I myself think this is an old Promo as the labels are well worn and age related to the model.

Interesting Tim but without other examples of this promo, i remain unconvinced.

I would imagine a code 3 promotional like the model A vans and busses etc
Is there a label on the other side??

Yes Reg label on the other side is the same and in the same condition. I've collected for a long time now and this is defo a age related label and of the time. Might be a code 3 but I'm leaning to the Promo side of things on this one, will sit in my cabinate until another one comes along and if it's a promo then one will surface at some time in the future and it's always nice to document such finds.

Reg I don't think there is much monetary value to this model, for me it's more the thrill of the hunt and finding odd models.
