Very difficult to say one way or the other. Colours change when photographed (e.g. 42b Studebaker Lark, 33a Ford Zodiac) and factors such as flash/no flash, artificial light/natural light can make an enormous difference to the colour balance of any picture. Add in the vagaries of the camera and the monitor and it's a wonder we can tell white from black!
The best thing to do is to ask for additional photographs taken outside, in natural daylight (but not in direct sunlight) without flash. This might enable you to work out whether it is a green or a blue-green example. (Personally, I think the colour looks too dense to be the blue-green.)
