Oddly, when you look at all his listings at once on his page the prices are 22 pounds (still way beyond crazy) but when I click on the listings, the price jumps to 950 pounds.

Yes, but if you scroll down you will see a note about some of them coming from 1906-1914, so these are particularly rare...
