Tekno Mercedes 1958 World Fair Bus.

Hi all,
Been after this one since I saw it in Cecil Gibson's Commercial Vehicles book over 40 years ago, pretty HTF now, this one turned up in Spain and I was lucky enough to be only bidder, it's huge, about 20" long.

This is a great accurate model, I have seen them for sale but never for less than £100 for the set!

A great Tekno - hard to find like you said and harder to find with all 3 pieces together! They had 2 colors of roof - orange and yellow! I think you might have the orange.

Yep, mine's orange.
Seller listed all three parts as single lots which was a bit annoying postage wise, but luckily I was the only bidder so even with the P&P I was just a bit over the £100.
I'm more than happy with it, in fact it was one of the rare ones that I keep going back to look at it in the cabinet.
