Nice find Dan.
I only have one like this but it has two labels which are both normally found on the left side of the Stolly so only one of the labels is fitted in reverse,

The labels may be reversed but it looks superb Dan. A very nice different variation to have on display, a nice talking point!!

Hey "eagle-eye" : Nice find and an excellent addition to your collection! How about the #66 Greyhound Bus? I'm still looking for reverse decals/labels on that model ..........................

Hi,
I have two Alvin Stalwart models.
One of them does have the reverse labels too.
There is one more thing I realised on this one.
One the left side the yellow paint of the label which should cover the BP is not in place. (first picture)
And I have one question on labels and decals.
Where is the difference?
Is the decal more like paper and the label thinner and the surface is smoother?

Finding goodies like this is what keeps me going. There are countless variations and it always is nice to see what others find. Nice models and keep the search going.

Stephan, a label is made from paper, a decal is a very thin foil.
Decals also are found in model kits. The foil is based on a paper sheet, which you put in water. The water soakes the paper and then the glue and you can slide the foil onto the model.
