That is water pouring down the road in the centre -this is a 1966 flash flood street view from Hong Kong in 1966! That is a #45 Corsiar on top of the pile - 6 more different ones to spot I see........

next to the minor looks like an opel kadett with a second one just above it sitting on the roof of an Austin Cambridge , top of the pile above them is a ford corsair resting on a second minor with what could be a Bedford ca just poking its rear end out

Between the sitting Lady and the standing Man, there is a nice Mercedes-Benz 'Ponton' (180 or 190) showing us it's bottom!
