The badge on the box for this model means CL TOYS ENTERPRISE. A toy manufacturing and distributing company in Hong Kong, formed in 1992. That particular model is promoting the 'Deng Fong' car company, but they do not make a pick up as depicted in the model, the model is based on an earlier vehicle and the only real connection is that 'Deng Fong' do have modern pick up vehicles in their range.

I'm a bit worried about Mike, naughty snowmen/snow-women, and lots of non-matchbox lately. Maybe it's a midlife crisis?

No worries friends.
That was just a trial in a different model car world.
The time machine brought me back in the real Matchbox world.
Cheers Mike
