I know some collectors will frown on this advice, but If you want max value, put a standard color crane into the set. Sell the mint green crane and the gift sets separately.

I disagree with you on that JP, when was the last time you see it as it was meant to be seen, in that gift set ? Everyone takes them out, so I think it would sell for more as purist collectors would pay a premium. Just my take on it.

Put a price on the set with the Turquoise Crane in it and kwakers may even be that purist who buys it! Thanks, Cheers kwakers

Like I said, many would not like the advice. Plenty of people looking for that crane, fewer looking for the gift set and the gift set will be discounted by those mainly seeking the crane. If both are mint, purist collectors will pay a premium for each sold individually.

I could sell it either way complete set or separate with a normal green crane. This set is absolutely mint
with not even a mark on the mint green crane

Well put a price on it on the market place here, and see if someone here buys it. But we need photos :-)

I am sure someone here was able to negotiate a purchase of that rare set Jazz. I had never seen a complete set with that rare colored Crane in it, so a picture of it could have been nice for Nick's Site. The 'Gift Set' section would have shown that set off real well for past, present, and also future collectors to enjoy. kwakers
