14a Daimler Ambulance with plastic wheels

I have a 14a Daimler ambulance with grey plastic wheels. I didn't see this listed as a variation on the Nick Jones main 1-75 page. Anyone hear of one of these? Thanks.

First thought - is it a 14b? Have you got photos?

Does it have a baseplate?.
No baseplate = 14a
with a baseplate = 14b
