Blue 46c with hubs?

Given the hammer price, obviously some other people noticed this auction.
I asked for additional information and the seller turned out to be calling himself Deano. I thought I recognised the Ebay name and, seeing "Deano", the penny dropped. This is the seller who, when I asked for a photograph of the riveted axle ends on a 56b Fiat, told me that the model has spontaneously disintegrated and so was no longer available. Knowing that, I didn't bid. (Also, if this is the standard metallic blue body colour, the wheel/colour combination is way out of timeline which is suspicious.)
So, admittedly difficult without a shot of the other side, but is there anything to indicate whether it's a fake or the genuine article?
