M9 Interstate Rare Rims?

Saw this item on Ebay
http://www.ebay.com/itm/371137406097 The wheels on this item just don't look right. Where the ever available with the bright blue rims? Not sure If I will bid or not.

They look like standard wheels that have been painted to me John, Grey trailers though which might explain the high bids.

It just doesn't look right to me. The trailers are in nice shape but if the wheels were painted it looks like they took a lot of time to clean the paint off the axles. I can't find any other rims that look like that on other models, possibly from another type model? I really wish I would have close up pictures of the rims. Thanks for the advice, I think I will pass on this one.

My 2 year old daughter could have painted those rims better!! Well avoided!!
