M9 Question

Saw this item on Ebay http://www.ebay.com/itm/371137406097 The wheels on this item just don't look right. Where the ever available with the bright blue rims? Not sure If I will bid or not.

Would Forum mebers please refrain from double postings like this since it results in the replies being diluted over two (or more!) threads, so making it hard to collate all the available information.
