Hi all,
here are my M5a variations. After I bought the one with yellow hubs (front+rear) from Kay last saturday, I visisted Nick's Major pack guide.
Nick wrotes that he never saw a M5a with orange hubs (front+rear), but maybe this is outdated now.
Except for the Pre Pro with grey tyres, which one is the hardest to find: yellow hubs (front+rear) or orange hubs (front+rear)?
Greetings,
Linus

Re: Major Pack M5a Massey Ferguson
Hi Linus.
The page was written a few years ago and yes the comment that I had never seen a Harvester with 4x orange hubs is no longer true, I have found a very nice example and have seen 3 or 4 others, As for the rarest, 4x yellow or 4x orange hubs?, I think they are probably fairly equal but the yellow version would be the most valuable simply because it is fairly well known among collectors (lots of bids!).

Nice group Linus, agree with Nick that the yellow hubbed ones seem to go for more that the orange ones.
Guess we're both looking for the grey tyre version.

Thanks Nick and "Tractorboy" for your information and your interest.
Yes tractorboy, that would be a nice one...but I think it's listed as a pre pro and who knows how many of these were in the wild.
I have only seen the one on Nick's major pack guide..
But I still need an update for my M5 a with orange hubs front and bpw rear. Some boxes as yours were nice, too
Greetings,
Linus
