1960s Corgi Toys Ghia L6.4 with Chrysler V8 Engine

Hi all,

I have a 1960s Corgi Toys Ghia L6.4 with Chrysler V8 Engine, I don't have any tyres, could some one help me find the right tyres please.


any help would be great.

Hi Paul, there are a number of suppliers of repro tyres (matchbox, dinky, etc) but I've never looked at their Corgi offerings. You can pick up these models with tyres very cheaply on ebay if you're patient, perhaps a pound or two for a beater so I think that's what I would do. They would also be authentic.

I'm with "Johnboy" on this, it is possible to get original tyres from cheap beater models, they don't have to be Ghia models because the tyres were fitted to many models from the same range of that period, mid-60's.

I don't do EBaying, so would rather get them from toy fairs.

I know Johnboy it hurts me so much, to think I could have a really big collection of Rolls-Royce models, at least nearly Eighty models with the aid of EBay... :!:

Thanks for the help re tyres, which model cars should i look out for on ebay, other than the Corgi Ghia L6.4 with Chrysler V8 Engine, that would have the same tyres.
