Maker of this motorbike?

Going through my dad's collection, he has a number of cars and motorbikes, clearly made of either lead or something just as heavy. Here is one example.

To be fair the age and possibly early years of play and storage weren't kind to this motorbike. But it';s still here and causing me a headache in identifying. So, I thought I'd share that headache. :)

Oh and it's definitely been glued at some point many many years ago, probably before I was born given the colour and look.

Could possibly be a Morris & Stone???.

Not sure yet. Haven't found an example with a rider.

On the other hand, thanks to your suggestion, I did find this on eBay.

The wheels are different and the headlight is more pronounced than mine but the bike and rider overall are almost identical.
