Give your mcch friends this site address!

Post by Tinman »

Now that the mcch is possibly gone for good, why not pass along the address to Nick's site to all your old mcch friends!

While this is hands down the best Vintage Era Collectors Site, there are discussion forums here for more things than vintage models.

There are already 'Official' and un-official links to this site on Mick's 'Moyboyz' forum and I have seen links to our site on 'Planet Diecast'.

Ghosty.

What's happened to the mcch and mc ? Haven't been on there for years since he banned me then said he didn't but had sneakily changed my password so I couldn't log on. Snidey person IMHO.

I'm glad Christian's site doesn't seem to be affected.

His site is hosted on Curtis' server. When Curtis stops paying for the server, Christian's site will go down. In his (Curtis) current state of mind, I would not expect him to notify anyone, it will just happen.

Ok, in that case I hope Christian is on top of things. I've learnt a lot and found his site invaluable over the years.

His usual temper tantrum of shutting down the site at Gathering time has now gone on for 10 days. For the first nine days, the site address came back as unknown. Today, he's put up a noticed the site was hacked (sure it was LOL). Regulars will notice that fourm after forum have not been working there for months. Curtis spends all his time on facebook and mcch facebook and is usually nowhere to be found on his mcch site. The end is likely near.

Shame really as if run correctly and by decent people it could have been a good site.
