#75 Ferrari Berlinetta Turqouise?
Hello ,
I am new to the forums and may end up with a lot of questions. I fell in love with MATCHBOX cars about 5 yrs ago and have been heavily collecting them. One of my favorites is The Ferarri #75.
My Question is how do I tell the difference in the Rare color Turquoise Metallic I see listed and a light blue-green. Is there another Car that has the similar color I can try to match.
I have literally bought and sold about 50 of these trying to see the difference I think I have one now, but I'm not certain.
Any feedback or advise would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks
Brian

Re: #75 Ferrari Berlinetta Turqouise?
If you check Nick's variation site, I believe you will see an example of the blue 75 Ferarri pictured there. The blue one is a rarity that is seldom seen. You may want to set your sights on a more common rare model rather than count on finding one of these. The red version in regular wheels is also quite rare, but they can be found mint for about 500 U.S. Your blue model is so rare, I have never seen one in person after 49 years of looking. If you have found one, it is one of the 'Holy Grails' of the Lesney color variation. kwakers

Hi Brian, here are 2x specimens of the rare Turquoise. Also know that there is a much paler Blue variant that Johnboy has in his collection and with hopes that he would now upload.
