The car by the way is a 'SeriesII' Morris eight from 1938, so the car was not all that old when the pictures were taken and most of the scenes of Norfolk have not really changed and largely still look like they do in the pictures.
I recommend a visit to Norfolk and the surrounding areas, via Google Earth (or go there in your car if your'e in England), it is a wonderful part of the country, been there many times myself camping or visiting toy fairs.
