My first Tow Truck was a smaller 1964 one ton Chev. Mike. Later I owned a larger one like yours in the book you show, but a 1964. I used it for many years, and then it went to a man who moved houses with it. What a nice heavy Truck. It could move anything I hooked to it with that big V-6 GMC Gas motor in it. kwakers

Love those classic era Chevrolet trucks== when a truck WAS a truck. Gotta love the great grille and lights that always let you know that it was a Chevrolet!
