Benbros or Charbens?

I see quite a few of these little (around 3 inches in length) tractors around and finally obtained one this week. Sometimes they are attributed to Benbros, sometimes to Charbens- could anyone tell me for sure which? I have checked Robert Newson's Charbens site but all the tractors on there are completely different, no engine detail for a start.

I believe it is the 'BENBROS' model, seems to match the one pictured below.

I have just got another one, this one was/is a loading shovel, although now missing it's bucket and arms. Complete examples seem few and far between unfortunately although the cab keeps the driver in place!
