With and with-out Silver trim, also showing the thin and thick front axle supports.

Showing the thin axel supports with an extended inside hub, this was deleted with the thicker axel support.

On the right hand model showing the brace connecting chassis and mudguard on the left hand side.
Also the axels on the early left hand model seem to be a thicker axel back and front, to the right hand model.

Hello Mike, this "C" type box should be for the 2b model. But the "C" box is nice as I do not have this one. :( :(

Please use a web hosting site (like photobucket) to store pictures so you can post them here, using attachments makes it hard to view the pictures when you have to scroll to see them. Seeing comparisons of models is hard to see with attachments too.

Your 2A with Green wheels is a very nice model Mike! The driver in it is a thicker one from the 2B, so you need to watch for a nice spare 2A Driver, or maybe use one from a beater someone may have for sale. I need one thin 2A driver myself, so I can be of no help to you right now. Maybe another Forum member??
That must be a very tough box to find if George is missing that one, very nice! kwakers

Thank kwakers for the info. :D

I think I gave the driver too much food.
He feels very comfortable with me, and getting fatter.

I studied Nicks guide and this thread to indentify my 2c Muir Hills. It seems, i have a not listed variation.

Regulary it would be

code 5, red body, green bucket, silver trim, LAING decal, 11.5 x 45 black plastic, 16.5 x 20 black plastic, thin supports, no wingbrace, with hole, body 2

but it has the front wheels with Lesney and England imprinted.
