It does look very much like the 'Crescent' ramp, but made for somebody else to market, because if it only has the ...Made In England...cast underneath and not ...DCMT CRESCENT...that would confirm this.
It is well known the original DCMT Company made toys for several other British based companies, including 'CRESCENT' upto the early 1950's, when a proper 'Brand' name was developed to market toys and vehicles DCMT were making and that 'Brand' name was 'LONE STAR' and the rest as they say is History.

The dcmt car ramp is fairly common,but is around 1/43 scale,this is more 1/76 oo scale and was made by kemlows

I have just obtained a similar ramp. Mine doesn't have any lettering, not even 'Made In England' but it does have 'RAISE' and 'LOWER' lettering beside the lever which I can't make out on Jeff's example although that may be down to the pics?
It is around 4 inches by 2 inches.
