61d cabs

Ford A Series cabs, as used on 61d and some Super Kings models, are still sometimes seen, but becoming scarce in the wild nowadays.
The first one shown has survived in Ceske Budejovice, South Bohemia, Czech Republic (note it features a Czech "veteran" plate), the second one here in Linz.
