Nice selection Neil. I especially like the SF#69, What colour is the base on that roller?

With large rear wheel-arches, wide 'Superfast' wheels, orange seat moulding and black hood cover, it will be Silver-Grey or Black...

Go on, prove me wrong, turn it over and show us a 'TAN' coloured base...

Ghosty.

I think "Neil's" description of silver is likely to be 'MY' silver-grey. If it is definately just silver, or a bright silver, then that would indicate a bare metal baseplate. Hopefully Neil can show us a picture of the base.

Ghosty.

Sorry for the confusion, its not bright silver but more of a silver-grey in colour

Hello Neil 1972,
Thank's for the clarification of the base colour on #69c, the Rolls-Royce drop-top. I said it would be silver-grey or black in my earlier post, so unfortunatley, you don't have an extremely rare version of that model.

It does not mean the model is 'worthless', it means you can not retire on the proceeds of that one if you sold it, get my drift..

Thank's again for coming back to us on the earlier comment about the base, enjoy the rest of the forum.

GHOSTHUNTER.
