39c Orange Tractor Error from the Big MX set

Recently bought a nice mint Tractor set and this was in it, at 1st I was a bit gutted but the more I think about it the cooler it seems. Im not an error collector so if anyone is interested in this feel free to pm me a sensible offer before it goes on ebay.

Low and behold I just found another one with top body riveted at an odd angle.

I just think there genuine errors Chris and have now listed this for sale on ebay for £49.99 or best offer.
