This is one of my favorite kingsize models. It was never released although quite a few were made prior the cancellation of the project. It is probably the largest model ever made by matchbox.
Some of these models are found in various stages of development. I have seen some without any wheels and others missing sections from the top. This one looks like it is almost complete.

These are my two naked ones
I believe that if you click on the photo you will see the complete fire trucks
(I apologise they were dusty when I took the photo)
There is a brown / beige one on E-bay at the moment. the asking price is £1,200!
Does anyone have one with a pump?
Better still with a pump that works! I'd love to see how it was supposed to work
K94 isn't the biggest Matchbox toy
The Big Mover Midnight Express truck is much bigger (granted it is tin plate - not diecast)
And Cricket, the talking doll, is even bigger, but that is another story

If you delete the first half up to .html) and remove the (/URL) from the end you get

I noticed there are 2 of these pictured in April's 'Model Collector' as being sold by Vectis in late January. Both have plastic funnels and bits of pipe with them, and they went for £1020 each. Were many of them made?
