King Size Boxes Complete List

Does anyone have a COMPLETE list of all the King Size boxes produced between 1960 and 1971. Other than "E" type boxes for K-7b, K-16a, K-17a, and K18a (Which Nick set me straight on. THANKS Nick 
) I believe I'm getting pretty close to completing my box types and sub-types for King Size. But with Matchbox there is always a curveball in waiting.
