Anyone know the year or years of manufacture? A dump truck with a port hole window is kinda different.

There are a few Bernards on the list and I don't know the French for dump truck.....

They made millions of these Bernhard chassis cabs with all sorts of backs in just about all colours over about 10 years.However the tool was revised to incorporate a metal front bumper circa 1970 so this dumper is certainly hard to find.Those wheels stayed in production into 1972-73, I have a Bernhard with these plain black wheels on the front and speedwheels on the rear!
