Is anyone going to Sandown tomorrow?

I know there have been a few trips in the past to Sandown for various people. I was wondering if anyone was making the trip tomorrow. I may be able to make this one after my initial trip to NEC last Sunday. I know it is the same company running it, but hopefully there will be different vendors at this one.

:) :D :P

I'm still undecided, There don't seem to be any problems with the floods but Sandown is only a few miles from where they are so there might be fewer joe public through the doors than normal so it could be worth the trip. My only problem is my car starts to overheat if I take it over about 50 mph so I will have to come down with the heater on full blast, I have a new waterpump that I will fit as soon as we get a bit of decent weather.

Yes. I'll be on site by 0830, and will be meeting Garry Matthews at 1030 in the cafe. Gary Galvin may also be attending.

Well I am glad I went. I didn't spend too much money, but I did collect 21 models.

I grabbed a few more variations I needed on the Badger, window variations, more tampo variations, a rather unusual shade on the Siva Spider (may be sun fade, but I like it anyway), a few window box wheel variations and a 10-pack of models that are normally Macau based, which are all made in China. I may have a couple of those already, but I grabbed the whole set anyway. I know I definitely need some of them.

All in all it was a good day. I have to admit I am tired now though. I woke up at 3.30am, and couldn't get back to sleep. I got up at 5am. I headed out at 6.30am and it took me an hour and a half to get there. As I was there at 8am, I went in with the vendors I left at 11.15am to head home. A few queues on the motorway had me back home at 1.15pm. Only held me up for half an hour. After having something to eat I dozed off on the sofa for an afternoon nap.

But I am happy. This was one of my bigger toy fair hauls in a while.

:) :D :P

Nice haul David,

Can we please get some close ups of that #41 including some base shots, i think you are correct in assuming that it's a sunfade although i have not seen any other examples of this model having sunfade problems before, that's a first for me.
