Here's the first batch from my collection, mostly mint and boxed. There will be around three hundred of these, all without reserve. Check out my auctions here:

Re: My large collection of regulars now on eBay
Hello Alfa! I would suggest some details be posted on your very nice models. On the 13C Wrecker for example, the length of the metal hook, baseplate details etc. should be given so that advanced collectors will bid as well as investors and type collectors. You may in fact discover a rare variation in using Nick's guide that will bring you triple the price on E Bay. There are some very fine models there, so a night of detailing them in your descriptions may pay off big time and you can enjoy doing it. That is just my observation because I am at that point in buying tiny details on some 'common' models, and have seen them bring Super $$ if coded well. kwakers

Wow! Thanks for adding the details, I have 4 toughies on my watch list already, and I am sure there will be more. I will not mention to MickSMS that you are also a 'Stannard Clutcher', he just has never understood people like us.... Perfect, watch those final prices now Alpha from some of my cave mates hidden throughout the world. kwakers

Thank you for nudging me towards my Stannard book! I will make sure to list all my upcoming models with the Stannard code and details.
Re: My large collection of regulars now on eBay
I agree with Kwakers. Adding either a Stannard or a nick jones code to a listing (ideally in the title), can only boost sales and increase hammer prices.
Re: My large collection of regulars now on eBay
Not to mention the superbly photographed images that are on each listing allowing buyers to bid with confidence. What a very nice selection of RW's, should do well for you 66alfa_gtv.Idris wrote:I agree with Kwakers. The better the sales, the better chance I have at buying my childhood dream car, an e- type Jag. Fingers crossed!

The e-type Jag aka the money pit!!. Take great care with that purchase. An old neighbour of my parents had an e type and spent a small fortune on it keeping it on the road, and he drove it probably once as month if that!!66alfa_gtv wrote:The better the sales, the better chance I have at buying my childhood dream car, an e- type Jag. Save up a bit more and buy an Eagle. Here is a link to Jeremy Clarkson driving one. Superb! A snip at £500K
