Emerald Group 6 does it best for me,a model known sold through stores in tiny quantities mostly in Giftsets from Christmas 1969 and mostly in Germany. Pre-pros and colour trials are fascinating however vhtf normal production variations can be more desirable in some cases.

I love the prepros. Seeing models in variations never seen before fascinates me. I often used to wish that some of my most desirable models came in more variations (like the Iso Grifo on something other than blue, or Monteverdi Hai in something other than orange).

I also have one of the AMX Javelins in mustard. They do look good.

:) :D :P

Plus here is another prepro.

It is a Hot Rod Draguar in lime gold, that also has an incomplete date on it (the base says it is copyrighted in "197" with no final digit).

:) :D :P

Fixer

Have a close look at the chrome on the handle bars of the two choppers and check to see if they have been resprayed. It is not uncommon for these to be faked as original chrome fork versions command very high prices. I hope they are both genuine because if they are they were a great find. Where was this boot sale again??? ;)

after your suggestion to have a close look at the choppers I thought i'd take a couple of close ups
the plastic is colourless under the chrome finish I would have thought fakes would have been made from coloured versions
here's hoping
