Hi,

I have been trying to locate a RED 45A Vauxhall Vicor. I am willing to pay good money for a excellent to Mint one. Hardy had one for sale at £5k which was to rich for me. I then missed out on one at Vectis quite recently.

Please let me know if you know of anyone who might be tempted into selling. I am based in the UK.

Thanks, :P

Hardy could paint you one ;)

There was one on Dutch Ebay last week, but it now seems to have disappeared from the listings (even the archived ones) completely.

Yes it was. (I've no idea why it didn't come up on my searches.)
If genuine, someone got an absolute bargain.

The seller was a longtime MCCH member and these are most easily found in Holland -the colour shade looks wrong but that could be cast by artificial light - he is the guy who found the 1st red #35 Merryweather with the thinnest widest sill under the gray side doors so he certainly owned some great gems and knew what to look for..........

Thanks, Mick. (I thought the name looked familiar.) Chances are it was the real thing.

Thanks all, I guess I will just have to keep on looking.

By the way Hardy sold the Red victor. He had it up for 5.5k.
