thats not a too good repaint , cant see it being anything else

It's very obvious masking tape was used to mask off the body when applying the second color of paint. Lesney did not use masking tape, What Lesney used was a diecast cap (a "mask") that was set over the roof and covered the roof and windows ... the model was sent through the paint line a second time and the body color was applied. The masks were used once and recycled. If it was a color trial, there is no reason for the standard details not to be applied.
This is a repaint by someone who restored this model. Looks like there may have even been some corrosion around the front window prior to repainting.

I would not even consider bidding on anything like this without a baseplate photograph (which is conspicuous by its absence).
