These variation can be found on all Petrol tanker and it seems like they are 50/50. I have found them on all superfast and RW ARAL, BP and also these NAMC. The new red cab tanker does not have the block, so now I must find one :P

Yes Jazzy good luck on your quest!! I have to admit that i was not aware of this casting variation until you mentioned it. I am still in awe at that red tanker you lucky sod!!
